G2's Concert & Band Recording Session

The band is a Community Klezmer Band, usually found in Jewish temples they mostly play secular eastern European music and other folk music from the Med and Europe. You do not have to be Jewish to play in this band it is open to anyone. This particular band has a wide variety of instruments and has members of all ages, of which G2 is the youngest by many years.

The contest was for kids 12 and under, G2 got 4th place behind the oldest kids who were 12. I made her outfit which has the character Olivia from the story books.

The recording session is one of several the band is doing making a dance CD as most folk tunes are meant to be danced to. G2 had the opening solo in the one song of which she is very proud.

G1 now considers herself G2's agent and is making business cards so she can be contacted for any performance engagements (lollollol) now that she is a recording artist.
